What is not real
- Every person, medication, care plan and message is synthetic. No real patient data exists here.
- Clinical content, contraindications and progression rules are illustrative and have not been reviewed or approved.
- Rewards, crystal values, vouchers and any AIC or CTG references are placeholders pending programme sign-off.
- Identity checks stand in for Singpass; the critical-medication list is pending pharmacy sign-off.
- Consent wording is a draft pending legal review.
- The hospital named anywhere in this prototype is a pilot partner under discussion, not a deployment.
What is real
- Accounts, roles and access rules are enforced by the database, not drawn on the screen.
- Who may prescribe, verify, sign, break glass or read a record follows the same rules the product would ship with.
- Actions that change a record are written to an append-only audit trail.
Demo controls
Reset returns the database to its seeded baseline: everything created during a demo run is removed and the seeded evidence is restored.
